I still take milk and sugar with my coffee. :) As you can tell I prefer dark chocolate (although I do have limits... Valrhona makes an 84% which is rather too bitter for my taste) so I don&#039;t have much tasting experience with the lighter chocolate. I&#039;ll keep an eye out, though.</description>

Have to say I am a chocoholic myself.  The problem is that I do not enjoy dark chocolate that much.  Ally let me taste some last night and again it tasted bitter to me.   Any recommendations for a lighter chocolate....  Some would say I am not a conissour of chocolate if I don&#039;t like dark chocolate, but I disagree. Example:  some people prefer red wine over white wine, doesn&#039;t mean they can&#039;t be an excellent wine taster.  I do like a good Sharfen Berger bar or a Joseph Schmidt truffle.  I wish I remember the Chocolatier that I went to in Vancouver, it was also good.</description>
